Flooded Basement, Norridge IL.

  This home owner was wintering in Florida when he learned he had a flood at his home from a neighbor. He called SERVPRO of Norridge/Harwood Heights and we were able to handle the entire job while  the home owner stated in Florida. We kept owner in the loop with frequent calls and photos. He said it was almost like being there.He was able to stay on his vacation.  Not all water seepage is visible. In most cases the damage is already done, however we here at SERVPRO of Norridge/Harwood Heights are properly trained to locate the source and all effected items in order to properly remediate the issue.
